Finally, I found a good deal shop which is selling those imported nuts for my baking usage. See what I bought from them, macadamia nuts (it's my all time the most favorite nut), almonds, cashew nuts. Besides the nuts I bought dark raisins and egg rolls (Product of Macau). I'm not sure why it's quite difficult to find egg rolls when it's not during CNY so I'm better to buy more (actually I'm having few boxes of egg rolls at home already).
Now I'm thinking what to bake by using these nuts first and the idea which comes across my mind is..it's must be cookie! Hope to bake it soon and will post here what type of cookie I will bake.
Talking about cookies then it remind me of the first cookies I baked when I got my oven and that's my hubby favorite cookie. This cookies is special for us due to the time when both of us were boyfriend and girlfriend, he visited me in BKK and before he went back to Singapore I baked this cookies for him and told him that "you will miss me every time you're biting this cookies". I gave him quite a big box coz I was thinking he could eat my cookies at least two weeks time but the end he finished up my cookies in one and a half day furthermore he was addicted to my cookies then.
