Choux Cream Milk Custard
I was thinking of making Choux Cream quite sometimes already but never got a chance to try and another reason which made me scared of making choux cream coz I heard from many ppl who tried to make it but it's not successful when they were doing the choux puff!
I did not decide to make the choux cream since the first place, just that I had custard cream leftover from the day I made my tarts so I was thinking why not give it a try.....
My Choux Cream was great! Before eating I preferred to put them in the fridge for a while coz ating them when they are cool is nicer if you have never tried, pleaseeee....try!
The choux puff was soft not those kind of hard skin but the custard was too runny for me. I found that the japanese choux cream recipe suits my taste than western recipe. By the way, I still want to try western style next time and I heard from some bloggers that Martha Stewart's Choux Cream is not too bad if compare with Japanese one so I already put it in my baking lists :)
