Japanese Curry




Delicious Japanese Dish which you can cook at home...?, i will think of Japanese Curry! I usually cook this dish once a month coz my hubby and I like it so much.

The secret ingredients which I usually add to make this japanese curry more tasty, I like to put diced green apples and honey to give more natural sweetness. You might find adding sugar is enough to get the sweet taste but if you try to use something natural then you will find the difference. Besides of the curry, adding meat is also make the difference. I prefer to add chicken thighs or drumsticks coz the more you cook over the low fire, they will be tender and not so dry like using chicken breast or other parts.

P.S. For the recipe, you can follow the recipe and method which shows on the box of japanese curry cube (I use house brand) which easily to find in those supermarket.
